OPEN LATE is the culmination of a two year project by San Francisco based artist turned photographer Rami Levinson. Inspired by Rembrandt’s mastery of light and shadow and the portrayal of urban solitude in Edward Hopper’s work, he walked the streets of San Francisco capturing the subtle beauty of often-overlooked corner stores during the quiet hours of the night.
